This Web site has been created to be as easy to use as possible. Due to the large volume of information herein, we have adopted a menu structure at the top of each page. The menu comprises drop down menus. Simply hover your mouse over a menu item and you will get a drop down menu of the items within. Then move your mouse down and select the item you are interested in.

The Heritage Trail is a list of the places within Arrochar, Tarbet and Ardlui. Select any place in the heritage trail to see our records. These could be pictures, documents, tales or people from history. Each page within the Heritage Trail is structured around the places within the trail. For each place there is an additional menu down the left hand side. This allows you to select the various information stores about that particular place. You can choose from Pictures, People, Tales or Documents. You then hover your mouse over the item you wish to look at and the picture at the right will change into the picture you have selected. Please allow a few seconds for each picture to load.

Some pages like the Group History and the Guided Tour use a slide show. This will show each picture in turn after a few seconds. If you wish to view the images at your leisure press the button then use the and buttons to browse the images.

The site is best viewed at 1024x768 resolution or higher using broadband.
