Climbers Of Arrochar - 60's Hogmanays
A collection of cine film footage from the
1960's and 1970's showing local people having fun at Hogmanay parties at Glenloin
House including three of Scotland's most famous climbers Ben Humble,
Jock Nimlin and David Easson.
Arrochar
Screen Test
A film made by Ben H Humble in 1959 - it
was initially released as part of the film 'Holidays In Arrochar' and
shown in the village hall in the early 1950's. It features many of the
local children and characters including shop keepers. Possibly the best
piece of heritage we have found to date.
